Where Do I Begin?

Eleanor and Martin Scones.JPG

If you’re new to podcasts, don’t worry – we’re here to help!

What are podcasts?

Podcasts are free to download audio programmes.

They are a bit like radio broadcast – normally ‘Talk Radio’ in style – tailored to particular interests.

They are broadcast not on the radio but via something called an ‘RSS Feed’ which users subscribe to for free, like a YouTube or TV channel.

Some Other Podcasts to Try…

How do I access podcasts?

Usually people listen to podcasts through their mobile devices, by downloading a free podcast app from their app store, or through a music or audiobook app like Spotify, Audible, or Amazon Music.

All Apple devices come with Apple’s own free-to-use Podcast App pre-installed.

Android users without Spotify, Audible, or similar, can download free apps like PodcastAddict.

Once you have one of these apps, all you need to do is then use that app’s ‘Search’ function and you’ll find Three Ravens – and thousands of other podcasts – ready to be listened to.

Alternatively, you can Stream episodes through our website, if you would like to listen in your Internet browser.

Which episode of Three Ravens would you recommend for a first listen?

First off, there is no ‘right way’ to listen to the series. You can just as easily start with the most recent episode and work backwards!

Most of our listeners start at Series 1, Episode 1, and proceed through the series in order. Doing this will enable you to hear how we have improved since we started, and go on the journey along with us!

Alternatively, if you would just like a taste, here are some examples of ‘Fan Favourite’ episodes that have proved particularly popular.
